Clinic Policies

Our Clinic is a Safe & Respectful Space for Everyone

KB Access Clinic is a safe and respectful environment for patients, staff and practitioners.

We have a zero tolerance policy regarding any abuse or aggression towards our staff on the phone or in person. Individuals violating this policy will be immediately denied service.

Appointment Cancellations

We understand that appointments may need to be canceled occasionally. To do so, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can cancel via the secure patient portal, by calling 778-508-3112, or by emailing kbaccess@proton.me.

Our reception hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to noon. Outside of these hours, please cancel through the patient portal or by emailing us.

No-show appointments may incur a $25 fee.

Due to an increase in missed appointments, we are reminding patients of the clinic’s no-show policy. No-show fees are the patient’s responsibility and must be paid within 30 days. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, the no-show fee may be waived at the clinic manager’s discretion.

Email Policies

Please note that messages must not include any sensitive and/or confidential health information. Patients wanting to share sensitive and/or confidential health information should call the clinic instead.

Prescription Renewal

Please be sure to make an appointment well in advance of running out.

Appointment Requirements

For all in-clinic appointments, medical masks are optional and we ask you to sanitize your hands when entering the clinic.

Immunization Records

In order to update our immunization records, we will be asking about your COVID-19 vaccination status.
