Eligibility
Please make sure you meet our eligibility criteria:
✅️ You do NOT have a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
✅️ You have a valid BC Personal Health Number.
✅️ You live in the Kootenay Boundary region of British Columbia (includes the West Kootenay & Boundary communities of Nelson, Castlegar, Trail, Grand Forks, Rossland, Salmo, Slocan, Nakusp, New Denver, Christina Lake, East Shore, Fruitvale, Greenwood, Kaslo, Midway, Rock Creek & all rural areas).

Need to cancel your appointment?
We understand that appointments may need to be canceled occasionally. To do so, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can cancel by calling 778-508-3112. (or via the secure patient portal> for existing patients).
No-show appointments may incur a $25 fee.
Due to an increase in missed appointments, we are reminding patients of the clinic’s no-show policy. No-show fees are the patient’s responsibility and must be paid within 30 days. In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, the no-show fee may be waived at the clinic manager’s discretion.
