Existing patients can book online

Introducing our new online system:

KB Access is now using TELUS Health Connect for patient communication and online booking. (Note: TELUS Health Connect is the online technology system used by KB Access – your care continues to be provided by KB Access).

Please follow the steps below to create your account:

1. Open TELUS Health Connect

Using the app: In the app store, search TELUS Health Connect and download the app.

Using your web browser: Visit https://thconnect.telushealth.com/login

2. Complete your profile

When prompted to add a clinic, type ‘KB Health’ to get our group of clinics. Click on the + sign beside KB Health. Follow the prompts to link your personal information to your clinic to complete your profile.*

3. Book or manage an appointment

When booking and prompted to choose a clinic, choose KB Access Nelson Clinic.

When you’re ready to book or manage your next appointment, log in to do so.

TELUS Health Connect is required to connect to video appointments.

Note: In-person appointments still need to be booked by phone:

Important additional information

🔹Please do not book any appointments through the online portal you have used in the past. Any appointments booked through our old system won’t be honoured.**

🔹If you already have an appointment booked, it will continue as planned.

🔹Please note: Appointment notifications/reminders will include “Revelstoke PCN” in the header. This is a result of the group of clinics we are a part of. Your appointment is still with the KB Access Clinic based in Nelson, BC.

🔹A note about TELUS Health – Although you will see TELUS Health on the system, you are not logging into TELUS and we are not sharing your personal information with them.
